This Privacy Policy describes how Venture Circle LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our internal AI assistant SMS program. This program is restricted to current employees and authorized staff of Venture Circle LLC.

We do not use this information for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share this information with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery).
No mobile information — including phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data — is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information sharing with subcontractors that provide support services (such as SMS delivery) is limited to what is strictly necessary to operate the service.
Message content is transmitted through Twilio's SMS platform solely for delivery. Twilio's privacy practices are described at twilio.com/legal/privacy. No other third parties receive message content, and no mobile data is sold.
Session data is retained for up to 4 hours of inactivity, after which sessions are cleared. Message logs may be retained for up to 90 days for audit purposes.
Enrolled employees may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to the program number or by contacting their administrator to remove their phone number from the system. Reply HELP for assistance.
Access to the AI assistant is restricted to pre-registered phone numbers. Messages from unregistered numbers are rejected. All data is stored on company-controlled servers.
