Internal AI Assistant — SMS Opt-In & Consent

1. What This Program Is
Venture Circle LLC operates an internal AI assistant that current employees and authorized staff can reach by text message at (321) 475-7277. Employees text the number to ask questions about company business data — order status, inventory, and customer records — and receive AI-generated replies. This program is not marketing and is available only to pre-enrolled Venture Circle LLC staff.
2. How Employees Consent to Receive Messages (Opt-In)
Enrollment is express, employee-initiated, and documented:
- During onboarding, an employee verbally agrees to use the internal SMS assistant and to receive text replies at the mobile number they provide.
- A company administrator records that consent and only then adds the employee's number to the internal system. Consent is retained in the company's HR/onboarding records.
- Enrolled employees confirm participation by texting START to (321) 475-7277. Every conversation is initiated by the employee — the system only replies to inbound messages and never sends unsolicited or promotional texts.
- Texts from any number that has not been enrolled are automatically rejected.

3. Opting Out
Reply STOP to the program number at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-enroll, or contact your administrator.

5. No Mobile Information Sharing
No mobile information collected through this program is sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message content is transmitted only through our SMS provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
